Senior Quality Analyst

Analyzing the business requirements document and system specifications and identified the test requirements related to online and retail (pos) domains. Creating test requirements specification documents, test plan and test result documentation.


Involved in SDLC, agile process, business process design, and implementation. Expert in using salesforce demandware/business manager during test case execution. Assist in creation, definition, implementation, and leadership of an automation strategy that defines how test automation will be performed across one or more business units within an enterprise using test automation frameworks like page object model and data driven.


Provide summarized information about test plan and execution activities occurring in shared integrated environments to all impacted groups, and provides proactive management of shared and conflicting test plans for all projects assigned.


Performing backend testing using sql plus, pl/sql and toad. Setting up automation environment with test automation tools selenium webdriver, appium, testing, maven, jenkins, extent report, apachi poi. Managing the onsite and offshore automation teams. Performance testing, support overall performance test management for the project using neo load.


Monitoring test progress throughout the project release cycle, providing test results and detailed status reports using team. Foundation server. Logging the errors, reported defects, determined repair priorities and tracked the defects until resolution using jira. Provide training for other team members.


Coordinating offshore and onsite teams. Attending and involving daily scrum meetings. Working with QA manager to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Proficient in API testing using tools like postman and soap ui. Taking part in meeting across departments. Managing client expectations.


Requirements for the position:

Educational requirements: bachelor of engineering degree in computer science, engineering or related.

Work experience requirements: 2 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of advisory architect, sr. Quality assurance engineer or a related occupation.

Skill set requirements: 2 years in the following skill set:

Job site:

Job is currently located in Hingham, MA but may require medium to long-term relocation to Pittsburgh PA, Cranbury NJ or other unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
