Job Description
Visionet is looking for a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain – Business Analyst. Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and industry terms is an absolute must for this position. The D365 Supply Chain Business Analyst will have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
Skillset Requirement:
- Overall, 5-8 years of experience in a relevant job.
- Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements, defining existing business activities, business process flows, and recommending improvements in supply chain processes.
- Working experience as product lead with Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other major ERP platforms.
- Thorough understanding of the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay.
- Work closely with the technical and UI/UX team to envision and design the different elements of the eCommerce platform.
- Self-driven, excellent communication skills, strong desire to excel, and ability to work independently.
- Experience within Agile and Scrum – Good knowledge of software development processes.
- Ideally good experience of using Jira, Confluence, and AzureDevOps.
- Experience in launching eCommerce platforms and full order-to-cash flow on Omni-channel commerce (Order management and fulfillment) is required.
- Integration Experience working with Order Fulfilment, Drop Ship, 3PL, Payment providers, and PIM.
- Prior experience of working on eCommerce platforms (Salesforce, SAP, and especially Dynamics 365 Commerce) will be a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Performing requirement gathering sessions, interviews, discussion, and walkthroughs with business users, developing user stories.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Participate in sprint planning, create a backlog, groom user stories and specify acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Integration Testing, Functional Testing & lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide status and progress reporting for assigned tasks to supervisors and project managers. And work with project managers to establish effort and schedule estimates.
- Act as liaison with the offshore development team and supervise development activities of other analysts.
