About The Role

An Account Director is an initiative where you work as a trusted adviser to our key clients and help them transform and deliver tangible business outcomes. These are long-term and strategic engagements that require selling to the C-suite and the board. Strategic Sales deal makers have the overall responsibility for successfully selling and negotiating multi-year complex business relationships with senior client executives. They lead strategic sales engagements from lead generation to closure, selling solutions to meet the complex business requirements of their client.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing large and complex deals from lead generation to closing.
  • Prepare and manage the engagement plan and associated deliverables, as well as develop the sales strategy for closing the deal.
  • Navigate Visionet’s internal procedures without exposing the customer to any delivery/quality issue.
  • Maintain alignment with customers’ business strategy, drivers, and goals.
  • Lead the financial construct and pricing case of the deal and ensure that it is aligned to the client’s business case and Visionet’s strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of key deliverables such as proposals, SoWs, contracts, presentation documents, etc.
  • Lead client negotiations.

  • Strong influencing and leadership competencies reflected by the ability to work effectively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in the US Mortgage/BFSI sector developing large-scale, end-to-end, and integrated technology-enabled BPM services with supporting business cases.
  • Demonstrate resilience, perseverance, learning mindset, ambiguity tolerance, and a desire to succeed despite challenges.



Role Requirements:


  • A top-notch seller with extensive consulting sales experience in a prestigious consulting/BPM service
  • Proven ability to close large and transformative deals (US$ 5 M+)
  • Strong project/program management competencies
  • Excellent knowledge of the BFSI market in the USA, associated practices, technology trends, and their implications for businesses and users
  • Strong commercial acumen and expertise in constructing innovative and complex commercial constructs and pricing cases
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to develop and deliver high-quality presentations
  • Ability to effectively manage CXO and Board level relationships
  • Strong and experienced complex deals negotiator
  • Experience in large deal sales in the US market with a proven ability to successfully work across different countries and cultures
