Business Analyst

Business Analyst with the following duties:

1. Gather and document client requirements, define existing business activities, business process flows and recommend improvements using BA tools and agile/ waterfall methodology for
2. existing and new E-commerce initiatives.
3. Analyze the scope of business requirement and propose business solutions, perform business process re-engineering and implementation of software systems.
4. Perform requirement gathering sessions, interviews, discussion and walkthroughs with business users
5. Perform fit gap analysis, as per the design documents.
6. Creating and reviewing requirement document, process flows, use cases and user stories for business and development teams.
7. Participate in review sessions with business users and development teams.
8. Conduct UAT sessions with business users to ensure smooth process execution and expectations management.
9. Providing clarification to technical teams and collaborating with users for questions and understanding.
10. Provide status and progress reporting for assigned tasks to supervisors and project managers.
11. Work with project managers to establish effort and schedule estimates.
12. Act as liaison with offshore development team and supervise analysis activates of other analysts.
13. Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform.
14. Prior knowledge and/or experience of B2C storefront implementation and/or supporting an implementation is a must.
15. Knowledge of merchandizing, campaigns & promotions, catalog & product data as it relates to the storefront is preferred.
16. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Commerce Platform is a plus point.

Education Requirements:

BS Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, or a related occupation.

Skillset Requirements:

2 to 4 years in the following skill set:

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform Microsoft Dynamics Commerce Platform
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Google Analytics
• Jira
• Confluence Bitbucket
• Figma/ InVision/ Zeplin
• Microsoft TFS
• Visio

Job Site:

The job is currently located in Cranbury, NJ. There is a possibility of relocation to either Pittsburgh, PA or Houston, TX or other unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.
The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
