Thursday, December 19, 2019, New York, NY – Visionet, in collaboration with Queue Associates and Microsoft, hosted “Accelerating Fashion with Microsoft Dynamics 365” at Microsoft’s Times Square Office. The event focused on better understanding advanced business solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to accelerate growth in the fashion, apparel, and consumer goods industries.
The event began with a meet-and-greet session, followed by an opening address on the Microsoft Cloud and Dynamics Solutions by Jeff Goldstein, President of the US chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners. The presentation was followed by a discussion on shifting trends in ERP and current challenges in the fashion, apparel, and CPG verticals by David Nocero, Senior Vice President, Queue Associates.
The Visionet Team of Adeel Ehsan, Rauf Ahmed, Tom Smith, Muhammad Aurangzeb, and Jim Dreyfuss provided demonstrations and information on Visionet’s solutions that have been purposely developed for the Apparel, Fashion and Retail Industries. These solutions augment Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and provide additional capabilities required by organizations looking to provide a complete omnichannel experience for their customers. Topics ranged from AppSource, BI, and eCommerce to EDI, ERP and System Integrations.
There were many participants with very favorable feedback that indicated the event provided a better understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint and Visionet’s solutions for the fashion industry. Others mentioned that the session will help them better plan for their upcoming projects and allowed them to understand how Microsoft’s Office and Dynamics solutions all work together to aid in optimizing their business processes.
The event concluded with a raffle draw for a Microsoft Surface Go, a Q&A session, and one-on-one networking sessions between attendees and experts on addressing looming challenges using advanced technologies.
