Senior IT Sales Executive

Looking to hire a senior salesperson who is able to learn quickly and is growth-driven. Candidate must acquire and care for customers professionally and with passion. Should possess strong sales skills, understand the market and customer requirements, prove potential customers of our world-class capability, and build long-term collaborative relationships.

Job Specifications:

  • Candidate must have a network of contacts and experience of selling to one or more of the following industry verticals: Retail CPG, Ecommerce, Technology, Artificial Intelligence and IT Sales and Services
  • Candidates must have demonstrable sales figures and a record of over achieving sales targets

Main duties:

  • Identification and acquisition of new clients and projects in the sector
  • Implementation of the sales process from acquisition to completion
  • Relationship management and maintenance and use of his/her network
  • Individual bidding as well as coordination and participation in contract negotiations
  • Internal coordination of the support of other teams, also abroad
  • Use of marketing tools to obtain new orders
  • Participation and moderation of external events


  • Achieve monthly goals established by the SVP of Sales
  • Actively demonstrate knowledge of the competition to proactively position Visionet against competitors
  • Deliver compelling, fundamental focused presentations tailored to each client; ensure submissions stand out from the pack
  • Understand and assess customer needs and uniquely and expertly position our products and services to meet those requirements
  • Understand and effectively maneuver through the politics associated with large companies
  • Able to address the complexities of the decision-making process
  • Understand and exploit the customer purchasing process
  • Ability to travel (up to 60%) and work flexible hours as necessary
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines
  • You will be required to work with Marketing/AI on a daily basis

Skills and Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of proven business development and strategic selling to C-level decision makers
  • Exemplary knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics, tools and developing value proposition with customers
  • Experience selling enterprise software to financial institutions
  • Must have demonstrated success meeting a quota in a highly competitive environment
  • Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to speak and present in a public forum
