About the Role
We are looking for a Relationship/Account Manager who will manage some of our US-based pharma customers. The ideal candidate will enable Visionet to expand its relationships and develop a growth strategy for our partnerships with the clients. The candidate should be able to identify opportunities and bring horizontal teams to close and execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop strategies for account-level revenue and profitability targets for Visionet’s client engagements.
- Develop relationships at all levels of the client’s organization, from the C-suite to the management level.
- Present Visionet’s work to the client in a meaningful way to improve the client’s confidence in our services.
- Seek and convert new business prospects in areas where Visionet’s services are a good fit for the client’s needs.
- Understand the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Science industries, as well as the clients’ businesses from a strategic standpoint, and suggest solutions tailored to their needs.
- Learn about industry trends in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Science industries to help Visionet improve its position against the competition.
- Work with the account delivery teams to gather information and drive the account’s sales strategy.
- Ensure that the Visionet’s work meets the expectations of the customers.
- Maintain and manage customer, opportunity, and project information in the company’s CRM.
Role Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- At least 3-5 years of Pharma client management and relationship development experience.
- Experience with project governance initiatives and campaigns from inception to launch, evaluation, and optimization.
- Have dealt with projects in Data, Digital, or Cloud
- Frequent travel to NJ/NY for client meetings and strategic discussions with Visionet Management.
