About the Role

As a Subject matter expert, you’ll be in charge of reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating mortgage systems and processes. Document processes, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to support overall business strategies.   


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in Pre-sales role (Product, Saas) 
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of US Mortgage ecosystems
  • Mandatory experience of working in the US Mortgage domain
  • Domain experience across key business areas – Processing Services, Underwriting Services, Post Close Services, Secondary Market Services 
  • Ability to influence operations and affect change without being confrontational 
  • Ability to work well across various internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload


Key Responsibilities

  • Product presentations and demonstrations 
  • Assists with opportunity qualification and/or identification of target accounts
  • Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities 
  • Respond to technical inquiries in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) 
  • Build custom demonstrations
  • Create Proof of Concept (POC) implementation plans and deliver POC
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; research system capabilities; and write specifications
  • Proactively research and maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and market conditions to fully identify client needs; present the product’s and solution’s value proposition to target industry customers.
  • As needed, contribute to the team effort by generating relevant results
  • Develop integrated business assessments and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making by interpreting, evaluating, and interconnecting research data.
  • Plan and organize the creation of primary and secondary market research studies as needed to support strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives and present study findings to client committees.
  • Conduct smart and insightful ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
