Senior Director - Account Management

Senior Director – Account Management, with the following duties:

1. Own and develop account level strategy towards revenue and profitability targets for work with the client on marquee solutions and implementation services.
2. Develop relationships across the client’s organization from C-suite to managerial levels
3. Present work in a meaningful way to the client thereby increasing the client’s confidence in abilities
4. Seek and convert new opportunities in areas that match abilities with the client’s needs
5. Understand the client’s domain area and view the client’s business through a strategic lens to suggest solutions specific to the customer’s needs
6. Understand industry trends to help Visionet improve its position against competition
7. Work with the account delivery teams to gather intelligence and drive sales strategy for the account
8. Ensure customer satisfaction with the work being done by the team.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related

Work Experience Requirements:

5 years of experience in the position offered, or related.

Skillset Requirements:

• 5+ IT industry experience Retail and CPG verticals involving ERP, Data, Analytics, and Technology.
• 5+ years of client management and relationship development experience
• Experience with project managing complex initiatives and campaigns from inception to launch to evaluation and optimization
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in working with large cross-functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions
• Ability to understand the bigger picture, identify business opportunities, and envision workable solutions
• Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio
• An ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job site:

4B Cedarbrook Dr, Cranbury NJ 08512. Job is currently located in Cranbury, NJ with the possibility of relocation to either Pittsburgh PA, or other unanticipated sites throughout the US.
The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
