Senior Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineer with the following duties:
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and integrate enterprise scale software applications and software systems using Microsoft .Net/Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular, IIS Deployments, Azure Hosting and Reporting Services.
- Perform technical analysis of integration middleware, design complex software architecture with solid object-oriented foundation, multithreaded jobs, Micro Services architecture for complex business problems in Cloud and integrated-based application.
- Create and review technical documentation for applications and contribute to effort estimations, scheduling and project plan.
- Provide functional, analytical review and sign off on technical designs before presenting to the customer.
- Coordinate software development activities of other developers, conduct code reviews, maintain integration environments and provide guidance to development team in order to carry out the work.
- Resolve any escalations, issue resolution in a timely manner and create corrective action planning.
- Assist in devising and executing unit test scenarios and review unit test plans from other team members.
- Conduct estimating and plan complex project activities and resource scheduling.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work experience requirements: 2 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Advisory Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
Skill set requirements:
2 years in the following skill set:
- Microsoft.Net/Core
- C#
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL server integration and reporting services
- Angular
- Jira / Confluence

Job site:
The job is currently in Cranbury, NJ. There is a possibility of medium to long term relocation to either Pittsburgh, PA or other unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.
The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
