Principal Consultant

Principal Consultant with the following duties:

1.                   Provide end-to-end functional consultation for digital transformation, using MS Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 R2/R3.

2.                   Lead client engagements for functional and business process transformations, coordinating a team of analysts and developers to deliver tailored solutions.

3.                   Conduct fit/gap analysis, design, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions to map customer requirements, using JIRA or Azure DevOps.

4.                   Coordinate with Dev team to integrate MS Dynamics 365 and data migration, optimizing Supply Chain, Retail, Warehouse, Finance, and E-Commerce systems.

5.                   Facilitate stakeholder analysis, create action plans, and tools required for development, end-user training, and project documentation.

6.                   Create reports for Dynamics 365 and AX systems using Power BI and SSRS to create interactive dashboards.

7.                   Provide functional reviews, training, and walkthrough sessions for business users.

8.                   Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project deliverables.

Requirements:

Educational requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.

Skill set requirements: 5 years of experience in the following skill sets:

·       Microsoft Dynamics D365 for Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2/R3.

·       Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, and Migration Tools, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, Azure Boards, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office 365.

·       Success by Design, Agile/Scrum Frameworks and Tools, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

5 years of experience in the offered position or in the alternate job title of Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant or related.

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
