Consultant Software Engineer

1. Translate functional and technical requirements into solution architecture and specifications.
2. Design scalable, high-performing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including customizations, plugins, power automate flows, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), workflows, and integrations.
3. Development and implementation of Dynamics 36 CE (CRM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and client expectations.
4. Act as a primary technical point of contact.
5. Work across full application lifecycle environments (Development, QA, UAT, Regression, Production), handling deployments and executing data migration tasks.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plugins, power automate flows, Power Apps Component Framework, workflows, integrations, and platform performance.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
2yrs exp in the offered position, or in the alternate titles: Sr. Software Engineer or a related.
2+ years of experience in the following skill set:
• Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Online & On-Premises – customization and configuration
• Plugin and custom workflow activity development using C# and .NET SDK
• JavaScript and TypeScript development for Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas) and Power Automate development
• SSRS report development using FetchXML

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
