Senior Software Engineer

Sr. Software Engineer with the following duties: 

• Analyze client’s legacy applications technical design and source code, develop strategy solutions for migration to latest .NET core framework.

• Develop applications architecture using Entity framework and Repository design pattern. Create interactive UI using bootstrap 5, javascript and Razor views.

• Use Azure DevOps to maintain project version control and Azure boards to maintain project requirements and tracking.

• Create integration workflows using Dell Boomi to fetch personnel and operations data from client’s network database and integrate with CRM tools like Salesforce and SureFire and sync data from external client vendor systems.

• Develop web listeners on Dell Boomi to facilitate data submission from client’s internal and external websites/systems and after applying business rules, forwarding the data to CRM tools like Salesforce and SureFire.

• Implement multiple Identity Providers for the client app authentication and add data capture to enable enhanced Azure Insights for user activity tracking.

• Maintain specification document for each app developed and modernized.

• Conduct regular code review sessions with client technical team.

Requirements:

Educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related.

2 yrs of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Senior Software Engineer, Senior Consultant Development, Consultant Development or a related occupation

2+ years of experience in the following skill set:

• Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft .NET Core, Entity Framework, Design Patterns, C#, Razor views, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, LINQ, Microsoft SQL Server
• Azure Cloud Services, Git, and Azure DevOps,
• Dell boomi Integrations
• Azure Boards, Azure Insights and Microsoft Word

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA, but may require medium to long-term relocation to either Cranbury, NJ or other unanticipated locations in the US.
