Software Developer

Software Developer with the following duties:

·       Design and develop microservices utilizing event-driven and serverless architecture on AWS and Azure cloud platforms using Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript

·       Work closely with product management to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable SaaS products while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations.

·       Development of microservices with Azure Kubernetes Service and AWS ECS for high availability.

·       Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development and delivery lifecycle.

·       Incorporate code quality with Test Driven development and e2e automation.

·       Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.

·       Coordinate tasks and deliverables across different teams and time zones.

Requirements:

Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

2 years of experience in the offered position Senior Software Engineer, Principal Consultant or a related occupation.

2 years of experience in following skill sets:

1.     Node.JS

2.     JavaScript

3.     AWS

4.     TypeScript

5.     Microservices Architecture

6.     SaaS

7.     DynamoDB

8.     Azure Kubernetes Service

9.     AWS AppSync

Job Site:

The Job is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require short term (once or twice a year extending to a maximum of one week) travel to Cranbury NJ or other unanticipated locations throughout the US.
