Senior Architect

Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade automation solutions using IPA / RPA platforms (such as Automation Anywhere and UiPath), custom Python-based solutions, and AI powered technologies to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency across global organizations.
Architect and implement solutions leveraging generative AI and large language models (LLMs) from Open-AI, Anthropic, or similar platforms for document generation, data extraction, and intelligent workflow orchestration, with strong emphasis on responsible AI usage, accuracy, and governance.
Own the end-to-end technical architecture of complex automation solutions from concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards and business outcomes.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate automation opportunities, perform technical feasibility assessments, and translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and production-ready solutions that deliver measurable value.
Design and integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into automation workflows, including natural language processing, generative AI, and predictive analytics, to enhance intelligent decision-making and continuous process optimization.
Define and apply development standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for automation solutions, including code quality, testing strategies, version control, documentation, and change management, ensuring consistency and long-term maintainability.
Serve as a deep technical subject matter expert in RPA, AI, and automation technologies, staying current with emerging tools, platforms, and architectural patterns, and contributing expert guidance on technology selection and solution design.
Execute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture and design, hands-on development, testing, deployment, and post-production support, maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery quality.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related.
5 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Sr. Architect, Tech Manager, Tech Lead, Module Lead, Sr. Software Engineer or a related occupation.
Skill set requirements: 5years in the following skill set:
1. Automation Anywhere, UiPath, MS Power Automate
2. IQ bots, Document Understanding
3. Task Mining, Process Mining
4. Python, C#
5. Visual Studio, PyCharm, Git
6. Agile/Scrum Frameworks
Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
The position is currently located in Cranbury, NJ but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
