Project Manager

• Provide functional consultation for total digital transformation for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as core platform. 

• Manage the end-to-end functional and business process transformation.

• Organize functional analysis to customize supply chain mgmt. Finance & Operations modules.

• Ensure successful mapping of business logic with Finance & Operations, as well as Retail applications and organize documentation detailing initiatives and SOPs for business to approve and technical team to use as requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis for determining action plan detailing sessions, methods, applications, solution, and skill that will be needed.

• Analyze the scope of business requirements and propose business solutions. Perform business process re-engineering and implementation of software systems; and provide guidance using industry best practices.  

• Proficient in using BA tools and agile or waterfall methodology for existing or new software systems and implementation of Dynamics 365 for finance, supply chain, retail and warehouse systems in industries Retail, Manufacturing and Consumer goods.

• Confer with Personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented System and Procedures.

• Communicate with management team, sponsors, and business area experts to ensure solution acceptability.

• Manage project deliverables, ensure seamless customer engagement, starting from Identification of functional issue and driving towards its resolutions. 

• Manage and monitor the project across quality, timelines, and budget. Report projects burn rate, resource consumption, capacity, conflicts, budget variances and milestone-based tracking to higher management. 

This professional position requires at least a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, with 2 years of experience in the offered position. This is currently a remote-based role. The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
