Director, UX Design
Apply NowWork with Product Owners, Project Managers, BAs and end users to define and design the project from the business requirements to all required functional changes/technical requirement
• Inspire, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team of E-commerce & UX design, Product Analysts to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services
• Follow Software Development best practices
• Perform data analysis, data science to recommend algorithms for personalization if needed
• Participate actively in system architecture and design meetings
• Use various web design and development technologies
• Innovate and mentor, as well as an openness to new learning, nurturing ideas and growing new skills in the UX & e-commerce sphere.
• Adapt to various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid of both that suits business needs
• Communicate, negotiate, and conduct presentations
• Make recommendations using strong technical experience/skills
• Manage, Design & frontend staff to include hiring, performance management, career development, motivation, and teambuilding.
• Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Provides advanced user experience research methodologies and principals
• Accessible responsive web design and development
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor of Arts, Associate degree in Arts and Design or related.
Work Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Lead UX Designer, Senior Web Designer, Digital Interface designer, digital creative director or related.
Skill set Requirements, Minimum 2 years of experience in the following:
1. Adobe Creative suite
2. Prototyping apps such as InVision Mural and Miro
3. Slack/Asana/teams for collaboration
4. Design using Figma and Sketch App
5. Wireframing using tools such as Balsamiq
6. Manage UI/UX ecommerce design
The position is currently located in Cranbury, NJ but may require medium to long-term relocation to Pittsburgh PA or other unanticipated locations in the US.

The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday at a salary of $96,408.00 per year. Please send resume to:
