Sr Software Engineer
Apply NowSr. Software Engineer with the following duties:
1. Design, develop, test, modify, implement and integrate enterprise scale software applications and software systems using Microsoft.NET, AngularJS, C#, SQL Server, IIS Deployments
and Azure Hosting.
2. Design complex software architecture with solid object-oriented foundation, multithreaded jobs, Microservices architecture, hybrid systems and security considerations.
3. Design databases to handle huge data up to TBs in size and scaling to multiple servers, optimize performance for complex and heavy database jobs.
4. Review and assure application architecture, design and implementation is consistent with technology strategy and software standards.
5. Assist in devising and executing unit test plans and review unit test plans from other team members.
6. Work with client and IT teams for smooth rollout of complex and large systems.
7. Create and review technical documentation for applications and contribute to effort estimations and scheduling.
8. Work with software quality assurance team to ensure performance and penetration testing depth and coverage.
9. Provide status and progress reporting for assigned tasks to supervisors and project managers.
10. Act as liaison with offshore software development team and supervise other development activities of other developers.
11. Perform code-reviews, maintenance, development and integration.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related
Work experience requirements: 2 years of experience in the offered position
Skill set requirements: 2 years in the following skill set:
-Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, LINQ, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services, Git, and Azure DevOps
-PowerBuilder, SharePoint, and Migration Tools
-Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, Azure Boards, IBM BlueWorks Live, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word
-Agile/Scrum Frameworks and Tools, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Job site:
The position is currently located in Tampa, FL but may require medium to long-term relocation to Cranbury, NJ or other unanticipated locations in the US. Employer will accept any
suitable combination of education, training or experience.
The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
