Recruitment disclaimer and notification
It has come to our attention that certain individuals and agencies are falsely claiming to represent Visionet Systems or posing as authorized recruitment partners in order to mislead job seekers.
We wish to make it explicitly clear that Visionet Systems follows a formal, merit-based recruitment process conducted directly through our Human Resources department. At no point do we require candidates to pay any form of security deposit, processing fees, or advance payments—whether refundable or non-refundable—during the recruitment process.
We strongly advise the public to exercise caution and avoid responding to any suspicious emails, phone calls, or job offers claiming to be from or on behalf of Visionet.
How to protect yourself from recruitment fraud?
How to protect yourself from recruitment fraud?
- Any job offer that asks you to pay a fee—before, during, or after the recruitment process—is likely a scam. Visionet and its authorized recruitment partners will never request money from applicants at any stage.
- All official emails from Visionet Systems will come from verified corporate domains, such as “@visionet.com.” Any communication from free email services (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) should be treated with suspicion.
- Fraudsters may use fake websites, URLs, or company letterheads to appear legitimate. Always verify the authenticity of the job posting or recruiter by visiting our official website or contacting us directly at HR@visionet.com.
Please note that Visionet Systems will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from fraudulent recruitment activity. Any such communication should not be treated as a legitimate offer or representation by Visionet. If you have any concerns or wish to verify the authenticity of a job offer or recruiter, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on our official website.
Stay alert. Stay safe.
