Fashion’s Cyber Shield: How Visionet Safeguarded an Apparel Empire

The client is a leading global luxury apparel and accessories brand best known for creating elevated yet understated pieces for every day effortless style.

Challenges

In recent years, the client encountered recurring ransomware attacks. They lacked a centralized log management platform and had never subjected their infrastructure to penetration testing. Moreover, due to a shortage of qualified IT personnel, the client couldn’t review security events.

Solution

With the goal of providing continuous security monitoring, Visionet was enlisted for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) during the third ransomware attack on the client. Visionet deployed Azure Sentinel SIEM and initiated round-the-clock monitoring through their Security Operations Center (SOC). The SOC team, focused on swift threat detection, oversaw the management of the customer’s SIEM system, Microsoft Sentinel.
