Project Management Specialist

Ensure adherence to project schedules through effective utilization and coordination of project resources.
Have strong project management experience and coordinate project execution using relevant tools and structured methodologies.
Ensure successful execution of projects in alignment with approved project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Evaluate customer requirements and change requests in accordance with the agreed project scope and business objectives.
Maintain strong control over project scope management to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Support organizational representation and project presentations during Steering Committee meetings.
Prepare and present weekly and periodic progress reports while coordinating priorities with stakeholders.
Conduct project kickoff meetings, internal review sessions, milestone closure activities, and maintained project documentation, checklists, and related artifacts.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
2+years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Technical Project Lead, Project Consultant or a related field.
Skill set requirements:
2+ years in the following skill set
Sure Step, Agile, Scrum, Dynamics 365 Implementations, MS Project, Azure App Dev (ADO), JIRA, Visual Studio
Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.
