At Visionet, we believe every journey can inspire another. Guided by the spirit of Give to Gain, we see growth happen when knowledge, encouragement, and opportunity are shared.
Across our technology teams, women are driving innovation, solving complex problems, and delivering real business impact. Through Women of Visionet, our internal community, we’ve created space for mentorship, connection, and shared learning across engineering, analytics, and transformation teams.
As part of our Women in Tech Showcase, we highlighted these journeys—stories of building solutions, leading change, and shaping the future of technology at Visionet.

Khyati Parekh
Senior Consultant, Enterprise Services | USA
Khyati started her career as a developer, drawn to the thrill of building solutions that solved real business problems. But her curiosity soon expanded beyond code—she wanted to understand the “why” behind technology.
Today, Khyati leads complex transformation programs that align business priorities with technology and cross-functional teams. One defining moment came while navigating a challenging initiative requiring careful coordination between stakeholders and technical teams. By bridging these worlds, she helped deliver a solution that created immediate business impact.
For Khyati, leadership is about clarity, focus, and outcomes. Her journey reminds us that guiding teams toward meaningful impact often begins with asking the right questions and focusing on what truly matters.

Sehrish Sultan
Senior Business Analyst | Pittsburgh
Sehrish’s fascination with systems and problem-solving drew her to technology. She views the tech space as a place where logic, creativity, and innovation come together.
A proud milestone in her career was completing a two-year engagement with a client, earning appreciation and trust that underscored the tangible impact of her solutions. Early on, she learned to navigate ambiguity and evolving project requirements—not by waiting for perfect clarity, but by asking the right questions, simplifying complexity, and guiding teams to solutions.
Today, Sehrish continues to solve real problems while creating value for both customers and her organization, reflecting her belief that thoughtful work leaves a lasting impact.

Suma C D
Assistant Manager, Title Services | Bangalore, India
For Suma, technology is a way to remove friction and make work simpler. She believes in starting with the problem and designing solutions that scale effectively.
One of her most meaningful achievements involved stabilizing a chaotic month-end close process. Using Power Automate and Microsoft Teams, she streamlined workflows, reduced cycle times, and improved transparency for leadership.
Suma sees technology as more than tools—it’s a way to build trust and confidence. When systems are reliable, teams gain the time and assurance to focus on what matters most. Her work demonstrates how thoughtful design transforms pressure into predictability and data into actionable insights.

Mariam Naz
AVP Program Management | Offshore
Mariam’s journey into tech began unexpectedly, but her curiosity and drive quickly shaped a career in transformation. She finds purpose in turning strategy into tangible outcomes, whether modernizing operations or helping teams adopt new ways of working.
A key challenge early in her career was finding her voice in fast-paced environments. Overcoming it shaped her into a resilient, empathetic leader who values clarity, collaboration, and strong partnerships. Today, client appreciation continues to fuel her passion, highlighting the lasting impact of leadership grounded in trust and empathy.
At Visionet, these stories are more than career journeys—they reflect curiosity, courage, and collaboration in action. Each story shows how sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and supporting one another helps create impact that extends far beyond individual success.

Shah Radhika Hitesh
Associate Director, Adobe & Salesforce | Bangalore, India
I’m inspired by the magic of building something from scratch and seeing it solve real-world problems for businesses. One moment that truly affirmed my place in tech was when I solved a complex issue that had the entire team stuck for hours—it showed me that my thinking could unlock solutions and make a real difference.
Becoming a mother shaped my journey in many ways. It taught me the importance of planning, prioritization, and resilience, and showed me that with the right mindset it’s possible to grow both personally and professionally.
Irum Zahra
Principal Consultant, Data Science | Offshore
My journey in technology began as a Computer Vision Intern at a robotics startup, where collaborating with brilliant minds and working on cutting-edge AI projects ignited my passion for solving complex problems. That spark led me to lead Intelligent Surveillance Solutions and continue my work today as a Data Scientist, while also supporting others as a Google Developer Group Lead and Women Techmakers Ambassador.
One of my proudest moments was transitioning from intern to team lead, building a real-time product with video analytics, object detection, and facial recognition. Seeing it evolve into a launched product, covered nationally on Samaa TV and PTV World, made me realize the tangible impact of my work.
At Women in Technology & Impact Showcase (WITS), our work focused on transforming a complex legacy platform into a more stable and reliable system through strong quality engineering practices, improving release stability and the overall customer experience.
If I could share one message with young girls considering tech, it would be this: speak up, your words are your power. Your ideas and perspective truly matter.
