Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that the quality targets, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  2. Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
  3. Should be flexible to work according to Business / Clients requirements.
  4. This position requires person who should be open for feedback and should adopt change to drive better performance.
  5. Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
  6. Foresee issues and work on them to avoid future challenges.
  7. Person should identify improvements ideas to improve efficiency and accuracy

Key Attributes of the Incumbent:

  1. Ability to work in a flexible work schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  2. MS Office proficiency - Should have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Should be flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.
  4. Client communication and Employee engagement.
  5. Maintenance and management of MIS reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

High potential freshers are welcome to apply. 1+ Year experience in mortgage is desirable however it is not a constraint for a high potential talent.

Work Schedule / Shift Hours:

The shift hours will depend on the process requirement and the person must be flexible enough to work any shift assigned and willing to put additional hours depending upon the business needs.
